About this event

A 45-minute session to help stretch the body, calm the mind and be more in the moment using breathing techniques and yoga from the comfort of your chair. Open to all fitness levels, this is a lovely way to wind down after the office or to stretch out after a Netflix marathon!

This event will be online via zoom on Thursday 24th September from 8:00pm - 8:45pm.

The SOS NI Night Time Service is a volunteer led, street based welfare service delivered on Friday and Saturday nights in Belfast city centre. SOS NI's mission is to work together in partnership on our streets to unconditionally help people in their time of need with a vision to inspire hope and build better futures for everyone. 

​The presence of SOS on the streets eases pressure on the PSNI, emergency departments, NIAS and Belfast City Council allowing them to focus their time and effort on more serious and pressing issues. Our highly visible presence also provides reassurance to the community, helping to keep Belfast Safe and make people feel safe.
